Following the pandemic, AND Digital adopted a 'blended working' model, allowing employees the flexibility to work remotely from home or from any of the company’s offices across the UK. I was tasked with developing a set of adaptable posters for the office spaces that would contribute to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all employees.

The four artworks I designed focused on themes of inclusivity and diversity, while also promoting a healthy work environment. They include reminders to take breaks while also providing useful information about the mental health services available within the company.
